When we got the first bike it took a while to get used to. But after a while it has lived up to all the other reviews like everything about it so far. It has taken awhile for us to get use to the step thru. But wish it came with the shock absorber for the seat post. The roads and trails around here in town are rough and bumpy and it does wear on your butt after a while. that you get sore down there on your butt. It is a very well made and tough bike.

This is the best built bike I have ever owned!
Less than an hour to unpack and assemble with no extra tools. They have truly thought about the customer not just the sale!!

Great ride

Great bike for a retiree looking to get on a bike for the first time in a long time! Love it! Makes being outside riding a bike an enjoyable event! So worth it!

Looking forward to lots of miles on them

We had regular bikes and could not keep up with the friends with E-Bikes , so we bought the Pace 500 and adventure 2 for me. We couldn't be happier! On my adventure 2, I made a few modifications such as a suspension seat post, wider seat, phone holder and mirror. These were only modifications to my liking due to my size and own preferences. Only complaint would be a bigger screen console for us older folks (reason for the phone holder with app on my phone)
have about 70 miles on it and no problems.
