Here at WeTried.It, we’re not professional “influencers” with a warehouse of unopened boxes and a ring light budget bigger than a car payment. We’re just an average family getting hammered by the same online ads, “viral” products, and too-good-to-be-true promises you’re seeing—so we decided to test them the only way that really matters: in real life.

Chip (Mr. We Tried It) is the guy who loves a good shortcut, a smart upgrade, and anything that makes daily life run smoother—especially if it saves time, money, or a headache. Jessica (Mrs. We Tried It) is the filter for the filter: she’s detail-oriented, practical, and allergic to hype. If something feels flimsy, gimmicky, or “wait… how is this $79?” she’s calling it out. Together, we’re basically your two-person quality control team—one part curiosity, one part skepticism.
