We thought we would hate the Myles Everyday Pants. We were surprised that we loved them instead! They are incredibly comfortable and fit well.
They are just as comfortable as sweat pants, but look much better. These pants aren’t as fancy as chinos, but they are more comfortable. If you’re looking for a great pair of everyday pants, we highly recommend the Myles Everyday Pants!
We thought we'd hate these pants, but we seriously love them. Made from the same material as the Everyday Shorts, these pants are simply amazing.

Our Love Affair With Myles
We’ve been huge fans of Myles Apparel for 5+ years. We started with their first product, the Myles Everyday Short (read our full Myles Everyday Short Review and full brand Myles Review).
The first version of the short wasn’t perfect, but we kept following Myles and loved testing their new products.
Not too long ago, they updated their Everyday Short Fabric to be less noisy, softer, and even lighter. On top of that, they added a pocket on the back.
Myles has always made great, high-quality products. Some of our other favorite products of theirs include the Tour Pants, Tour Shorts.
In fact, we like these pants better than the lululemon ABC Pants. That’s really saying something. Read our full Tour Pants Review.
How Myles Started
Myles Apparel was founded by a group of friends who never understood why athletic apparel always seemed to fall into two categories: old sweats and tees that have been relegated to “gym clothes” status because they’re too tattered or ugly to wear anywhere else, or overpriced “high-performance” gear you’re almost afraid to sweat in and looks ridiculous outside of the playing field.
Myles Everyday Shorts are the perfect athletic short–a pair versatile and stylish enough for workouts, the outdoors, and around town.
Myles shorts are made from a light and quick-drying fabric, with a comfortable waistband and an updated design that looks good whether you’re hitting the gym or the farmers market. Myles also offers a line of T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pants and Jackets–all designed with the same level of quality and attention to detail as the Myles Everyday Short. With Myles, you’ll never have to sacrifice style for comfort or function again.
We love what Myles says: FITNESS IS NO LONGER THE LAST FRONTIER OF STYLE
Myles Apparel is changing the game when it comes to activewear. They design their pieces in San Francisco and test them out on morning bike commutes and weekly office workouts. Their functional details and classic looks are a far cry from the gaudy graphics and colors that are so common in activewear these days.
Myles is proving that fitness doesn’t have to be the last frontier of style. With their trendy yet timeless designs, they’re making activewear a wardrobe staple for fashion-savvy fitness enthusiasts everywhere.

The pant has a secure back pocket with a hidden zipper, deep bounce-proof mesh front pockets, and an interior stash pocket for keys and earbuds. The waistband is elastic with drawstrings for an adjustable fit. The pant is available in 30” and 32” inseam lengths. Myles Everyday Pant is the perfect pant for any activity.
The Look of the Myles Everyday Pants
To be honest, I thought I would hate the way the Myles Everyday Pants LOOKED. But I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I thought they’d look like “dad pants.” You know, the dreaded convertible khakis made from nylon that make it sound like you’re wearing a pair of plastic grocery bags.
But the Myles Everyday Pants don’t look anything like that. They actually look really good. They are a good cross between a chino, sweatpants, joggers and “adventure pants/dad pants.”
They have a modern, tailored fit that’s flattering on everyone. And they come in two inseam lengths: 30″ and 32″. So whether you’re tall or short, these pants will fit you perfectly. They don’t come in different waist sizes, just Small – 2XL, but I love the fact they come in different inseams. Frankly, I wish other pants did the same!
The Myles Everyday Pants are also available in four different colors: River (Blue), Fog (Dark Grey), Smoke (light grey) and Storm (a darker blue-grey).
No one will mistake these pants for sweatpants, but they also won’t mistake them for chinos, either.
They are a slightly more versatile version of a jogger that I would say is slightly more chino than jogger. Once again, you aren’t going to be able to wear these to a wedding but you could get away with wearing them to work (depending on your office’s dress code, of course).
I think the Myles Everyday Pants are a great option for anyone who wants a pant that is comfortable enough to live in but also presentable enough to leave the house in. And at $98, they’re not cheap but they’re also not super expensive either.
Comfort Level of the Myles Everyday Pants
I was surprised by how COMFORTABLE the Myles Everyday Pants are.
They are made from a light and quick-drying fabric with a comfortable waistband (the same fabric in the Myles Everyday short) And the updated design looks good whether you’re hitting the gym or the farmers market.
I also love that they have a water repellent finish. So if you’re caught in a rainstorm, or if you spill your coffee on them, no worries! The Myles Everyday Pants will keep you dry and comfortable all day long.
The Myles Everyday Pants are also super versatile. You can wear them to the gym, on a hike, to yoga class, or even to work (if you have a super casual environment). I’ve even worn them out to dinner and drinks with friends. They’re the perfect pant for any activity.
But to be honest, know where I wear these pants the most? The weekends playing with the kids at playgrounds.
Why?
The waterproof finish combined with the 4-way stretch is a game changer for potentially wet playgrounds. I don’t have to worry about if the slide is wet or if my kid spills their juice box on me. And I can still chase them around without feeling like I’m going to rip my pants.
The Myles Everyday Pants have quickly become my go-to pant for everyday wear. They are comfortable, durable, and look great no matter where I wear them. If you’re looking for new pants to add to your wardrobe, I highly recommend the Myles Everyday Pant.
Meet the (slightly uglier, more functional) cousin: The Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant
If you like pockets, then this pant is right up your alley. If you don't, consider the Myles Everyday Pant (which is $30 cheaper and has 2 less pockets). Note: they no longer make these pants, only the Everyday Pant.
I didn’t ask for it (and honestly, I don’t think I every would), but Myles sent me a pair of the Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant. What is it?
The Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant basically takes the Everyday Pant and adds a couple of features, most notably: cargo-esque pockets. It also features a real zipper fly (for some reason – I don’t know why that is more important on the “All Terrain” version but not with the version with 2 less pockets).
The Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant also has a cinch cord at the ankle so you can adjust the inseam length, which is great if you’re going to be wearing them over boots or need to tuck them into socks (if that’s your thing).
The Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant is available in two colors: Black and Storm (blue grey). And like the Everyday Pant, they come in two inseam lengths: 30″ and 32″.
So, should you buy the Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant? If you need/want cargo pockets and a more rugged pants, then yes. But if you don’t need those features, I would stick with the Myles Everyday Pant.
The Pockets weren’t that bad, honestly…
I thought the pockets would be terrible on the All Terrain pant. I thought they would look worse than socks in a pair of Crocs. But they didn’t.
You actually barely notice them. The only thing that draws attention to them is the high-contrast fabric on each zipper, but you can easily take them off.
If you want extra pockets, go bananas and buy the Myles Everyday All Terrain Pant.
If not, don’t worry about it and save yourself $30 by buying the Myles Everyday Pant.
Myles Everyday Pant Alternatives
When comparing the Myles Everyday Pants to other popular options, here’s how they stack up:
Lululemon ABC Pants
Both the Myles Everyday Pants and Lululemon ABC Pants offer awesome stretch and comfort. But here’s the thing: Myles pants have a more laid-back look that’s perfect for a bunch of activities. Lululemon’s pants are super popular, but a bit more “formal.” So, if you’re planning to look a bit fancier, Lululemon might be your go-to.
- Super comfortable ABC Technology (Anti-Ball Crushing), yes, you read that correctly.
- Comes in a variety of styles, colors and fabrics
- A great all-around pair of pants
- The only thing we don't like? The seam behind the knees and some inconsistent sizing (but lululemon has SUPER easy returns).
Bonobos Stretch Washed Chinos
Bonobos chinos are great if you’re after that classic style. They offer similar stretch and comfort, but Myles Everyday Pants might just take the cake in terms of versatility—think casual hangouts and spontaneous jogs.
Public Rec All Day Every Day Pants
Both these pants and the Myles Everyday Pants are designed for all-day comfort. The Public Rec pants have a more sporty vibe, while the Myles pants can effortlessly transition from a gym session to a laid-back dinner date. No need to change!
The most hard to describe item we've ever reviewed. More sweatpants than chino, but still a more ...
PrAna Brion Pants
While PrAna’s pants are popular among outdoor enthusiasts, they feel too “crunchy” and give off a weird vibe that just isn’t for us. The Myles Everyday Pants, though more urban-friendly, still don’t quite meet our comfort and style expectations. If you’re not planning to live in the wilderness, you might want to look elsewhere.
Outlier Slim Dungarees
We never really liked these, despite their reputation for technical features and a sleek look. They are supposed to offer great durability, but we find the Myles Everyday Pants to be a more relaxed and appealing option. It’s like choosing between James Bond and Indiana Jones—both have their merits, but we prefer the latter.
Final Thoughts on the Myles Everyday Pants
I’m really impressed with the Myles Everyday Pants. They are comfortable, versatile, and look great on everyone. If you’re looking for a new go-to pant, I highly recommend the Myles Everyday Pant.
We’re happy to give the Everyday Pant the coveted We Tried It seal of approval.

I have a confession to make: I wear the Myles Everyday Pants more than any other pant in my closet. And it’s not just because they’re comfortable (although they are) or because they look good (which they do).
No, I wear them so much because they’re ideal for playing with my kids at the playground. They are the best everyday pants for everything BUT work.
