Meet Twillory
Twillory is a clothing brand that promises to provide the best wrinkle-free and sustainable dress shirts in the market today. In 2014, Twillory was established by a group of hardworking immigrants from Europe and South America who were also neighborhood friends and families. They had extensive experience in the garment industry.
Twillory has grown to become a leader in the menswear industry, offering high-quality dress shirts and suits tailored for comfort and style. As someone who values quality clothing, I was eager to try out Twillory’s dress shirts for myself.
Twillory Performance Dress Shirts
Unfortunately, my experience with Twillory’s dress shirts was not what I had hoped for. While they were comfortable to wear, they did not live up to their promise of being wrinkle-free.
Before I could even do an honest review, the Twillory dress shirt was wrinkled right outside the packaging and looked far from presentable. They were the farthest thing from non-iron shirts or a performance shirt you could imagine.
Sure, Twillory’s shirts were moisture-wicking and had brushed nickel collar stays, but that’s about where the “performance fabrics” ened.

Other Twillory Products we Love
Despite these shortcomings, there is one item of clothing from Twillory that I highly recommend: their performance suit (read our Twillory Performance Suit Review). This suit is made with lightweight fabric that is both breathable and wrinkle-resistant – perfect for long days at work or special occasions.
The fit is also spot on; it hugs your body without being too tight or constricting movement. The style is modern yet timeless which makes it suitable for any occasion. Twillory Jeans Review: The Features
Obviously, the Twillory Jeans are packed with features. Let’s dive into a couple of our favorites.
Extreme Stretch
One of the standout features of Twillory’s Performance Denim is the extreme stretch. These jeans move with you, allowing for a full range of motion and maximum comfort. Whether you’re running errands or doing a yoga class (although I wouldn’t recommend it), you won’t feel restricted in these jeans.
I was a bit skeptical at first of the extreme stretch – often, stretchy jeans can feel thin and flimsy. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that these jeans still feel substantial and high-quality despite the added stretch.
Ultra-Soft Handfeel
Last but certainly not least, let’s talk about the ultra-soft handfeel. Made from a blend of cotton, polyester, viscose, and spandex, Twillory’s Performance Denim feels luxurious to the touch. These jeans are so soft and comfortable, you’ll forget you’re even wearing them.
As someone who tends to avoid jeans in favor of more comfortable leggings and sweatpants, the ultra-soft handfeel has made a huge difference in how often I reach for these jeans. They feel just as cozy as my go-to loungewear, but look much more put-together.
Let’s talk fabric
I’ve become a fabric nerd lately, so let’s talk about the blend of fabrics Twillory uses for their Performance Denim.
Twillory Performance Jeans are made from four primary fabrics: cotton, polyester, viscose, and spandex.
Cotton is a natural fiber that is breathable and comfortable to wear. It is also lightweight and durable, making it an ideal material for jeans. Cotton has excellent elasticity, which allows for a perfect fit and provides great freedom of movement. Additionally, cotton is environmentally friendly as it requires less water than other fabrics to produce. However, cotton can be prone to wrinkling and may not be as stylish as some other fabrics.
Polyester is a synthetic fabric that is strong and highly resistant to wrinkles. It is also lightweight and breathable which makes it an ideal material for jeans. Polyester has excellent elasticity which allows for a perfect fit while providing great freedom of movement. However, polyester can be less comfortable than other fabrics due to its synthetic nature. Additionally, polyester production can have a negative environmental impact due to the chemicals used in its manufacture.
Viscose is a semi-synthetic fabric that offers excellent breathability and comfort while being lightweight and durable. Vicose is made from plant-based fibers such as bamboo or wood pulp. It has good elasticity, which allows for a perfect fit while providing great freedom of movement. Additionally, viscose production does not have the same environmental impact as some other fabrics due to its use of renewable resources such as wood pulp in its manufacture. However, viscose can be prone to wrinkling and may not be as stylish as some other fabrics.
Spandex is a synthetic fabric made from elastane fibers which give it excellent stretchability and elasticity making it perfect for activities that require more movement such as sports or exercise. Spandex also has good breathability which helps keep you cool during hot weather conditions while still providing adequate support during physical activity. Additionally, spandex is lightweight and durable making it great for everyday wear but may not be suitable for colder climates due to its lack of insulation properties.
Overall, Twillory Performance Jeans offer an excellent combination of materials that provide comfort, style, durability and flexibility when wearing them all day long! Each material provides different benefits depending on your needs; from breathability to comfort or from elasticity to style – I love to see how companies think about their own fabrics and experiment with different combinations.
What we loved about Twillory Performance Denim
Twillory Performance Jeans: they’re so good, they almost make me want to do physical activity. Almost. Let’s be real; the only activity I’m doing with these bad boys is lounging on the couch and (*cough*) indulging in some comfort food. Or maybe, just maybe, hanging out with some friends.
But hey, at least I’ll look damn good doing it.
All joking aside, these jeans are the real deal. I can throw them in the wash without worrying about them losing their shape, and the extreme stretch allows me to move around with ease (again, I’m not looking for dance battles at every turn). Plus, the tailored fit (a more trim fit) is super flattering and makes my legs look longer than they actually are – always a plus in my book.
From the moment I put them on, I knew I had found a new pair of jeans to add to my rotation. The mid-rise waistline sits right on my hips and doesn’t dig in like other jeans I’ve tried. And the extreme stretch? It’s truly a game-changer, allowing me to move around comfortably without feeling constricted.
Hidden Zipper Pocket
But what really sets these jeans apart is the attention to detail. The hidden zipper pocket is a godsend for someone like me who is constantly on the go and needs to keep her phone easily accessible. And the fact that they can be laundered at home without losing their shape? A true miracle.
What we didn’t love about Twillory’s Jeans
There’s really only one thing we didn’t care for with the Twillory Jeans: the dye rubbing off on first wear. Even in the product description, Twillory says, “We also recommend washing these on their own, as the dye may transfer to lighter-colored clothing.”
It’s hard to make jeans that don’t “bleed” – in fact, I recently had an allergic reaction to something (not jeans, thankfully) and had to go to urgent care. When I got there, they asked if I had Raynaud’s syndrome. The number one sign you have Raynaud’s syndrome? Blue fingers and/or toes.
Thankfully, it was just a new pair of jeans that I purchased (I don’t even remember the brand), but ever since then, I’ve been super careful about making sure my jeans don’t bleed.
Why do I care? I actually don’t mind the blue hands part, but I’m always worried it will bleed on to my white shoes and I won’t be able to get the shoes clean after that.
How to test for jean bleed
Testing for jean bleed is tough! It’s hard to tell if your jeans are going to bleed. But the easiest thing I’ve found is to grab a white people of printer paper and rub it on the jean fabric. This will help you determine if the fabric will bleed with wear or not.
It’s also a good idea to separate your jeans from your white clothes in the wash, just to be on the safe side!
Limited fits and colors
Twillory Jeans also only come in two different fits (thankfully, they also come in multiple lengths AND waist sizes – a big pet peeve of mine with pants, since I have shorter legs and a longer torso).
Twillory Jeans also only come in 5 different washes. That’s not 2 options, but pails in comparison to some of the other brands offering over countless different finishes. While I think this makes sense, considering the brand is focused on performance denim, I was hoping for a bit more diversity in terms of colors and fits.
Comparison to Other Brands

Twillory vs. Duer Jeans
Frankly, these jeans remind me the most of Duer Jeans. Twillory Jeans are currently on sale for $69 – about $100 less than Duer Jeans. Duer Jeans are higher quality, but it’s always tough for me to justify 1 pair of jeans vs. almost 3 pairs of jeans for the same exact price.
If we had to pick one jeans brand to wear all the time, it would probably be Duer. They are incredibly comfortable, are packed with features, and have a wide variety of styles.
Duer Jeans are made from a combination of cotton, Tencel, and Coolmax fabric, which make them moisture-wicking, breathable, and stretchy. They come in a range of styles, including slim, straight, and relaxed fits, and are designed with features like reinforced stitching, a gusseted crotch, and a hidden zipper pocket.

On the other hand, Twillory Performance Jeans are made from a blend of cotton and polyester fibers, which make them lightweight, stretchy, and wrinkle-resistant. They also come in a range of styles, including “trim” and “tailored” and feature a hidden zippered pocket, and reinforced stitching.
In terms of price, Twillory Performance Jeans are significantly cheaper than Duer Jeans – about $100 cheaper, making them an attractive option for those on a budget. However, if you’re looking for performance denim that can stand up to rigorous activity while still looking stylish, then Duer Jeans may be the better choice due to their superior materials and design features.
Overall, both Duer Jeans and Twillory Performance Jeans offer excellent value and quality depending on your needs and preferences. If you’re looking for a pair of jeans that can handle intense physical activity while still looking good, then Duer is the way to go; however if you’re just looking for something comfortable and affordable, then Twillory is worth considering too.
Perfect Jean vs. Twillory Jeans
The Perfect Jean offers an innovative design that combines the look of traditional denim with the comfort of modern fabrics – all at a very affordable price. They feature a unique blend of cotton and spandex that provides superior stretch and flexibility without sacrificing durability or style. Stretchy jeans that look great and are incredibly comfortable? Look no further than the perfect jean. These jeans have everything you are looking for - and a lot more, for a lot less. Our only tip.
When it comes to performance, both brands offer excellent options for everyday wear as well as more active activities such as hiking or biking. Twillory Performance Jeans provide superior breathability and flexibility while still being incredibly durable while The Perfect Jean offers superior stretch and flexibility without sacrificing style or durability. Both brands also offer great value for money with affordable prices that won’t break the bank.

I personally think that Twillory jeans are slightly higher quality, but you can’t go wrong with the Perfect Jean. They offer some more unique fits AND the jeans are stretchier!

Overall, we are big fans of Twillory Performance denim and believe they are well worth the low cost! Whatever style you prefer, there is something that works for everybody with this top-notch company. While other brands may offer more variety in terms of designs, when it comes to comfort, Twillory jeans lead the pack. They provide incredible all-day comfort which can be extremely hard to come by with most denim brands. So if you’re looking for an incredibly comfortable pair of jeans at a great price, there is no better fit than Twillory’s Performance Denim.
