What we liked: Actually tastes good despite being low-carb and keto-friendly, High protein (21g), only 6g net carbs, 18g fiber, Black Garlic 'Chicken' flavor is exceptional and nostalgic, Quick prep time (7-9 minutes on stovetop), Plant-based with all-natural pumpkin seed protein.
Worth knowing: Takes longer to cook than traditional instant ramen due to high fiber content, Tom Yum 'Shrimp' flavor has strong citrus taste that may not appeal to everyone.

Finally a keto bar that won't upset your stomach and actually tastes good—just smaller portions than competitors.
What we liked: Only 1g sugar alcohol per bar (vs 7g in competitors), No artificial aftertaste, 3g net carbs, 10g protein, Peanut Butter Chocolate and Chocolate Dream flavors taste excellent.
Worth knowing: Bars are half the size of Atkins or Quest, Birthday Cake flavor has subtle artificial taste.
