First things first: what is CBD?

CBD Oil for Sleep
CBD is an interesting substance. In low doses, CBD oils tends to have an energizing effect. In higher dosages, it seems to have a sedative effect.
For me, if I’ve had a day where I know that I’m going to struggle to turn my mind off in the middle of the night, I’ll take a larger dosage of CBD (more on dosage here next).
